I focus my practice exclusively on commercial real estate, representing developers, investors, landlords, tenants, family offices and other real estate owners in commercial real estate and business transactions.  I work across a wide range of product types, including office, retail, market rate and affordable multi-family, hotels, shopping centers, industrial centers, complex life science and technology facilities, medical office, operating farms and ranches, R&D and manufacturing facilities, self-storage, schools, and land held for development.  Having spent time as COO of a major real estate development, construction, and investment company, I have firsthand experience with the issues and decisions my clients face, the risks and rewards of each project, and the importance of thoughtful strategy, clear communication, and documentation on all deals.

 

I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, from the seasoned developer to the entrepreneur leasing its first space, and everything in between. I represent both landlords and tenants and appreciate the unique perspectives and requirements of each.
